THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Despite the recognized importance of organizational culture (OC) for favorable effects, empirically is relatively little known about its impact on employee engagement (EE), in Balkan countries, especially Republic North Macedonia. To address this gap purpose study to explore relationship between OC components and three dimensions EE (vigor, dedication absorption). conduct a survey 152 public secondary education employees who operate Macedonia was done. The gathered data analyzed using SPSS program. Results indicated that several are significantly related dimensions, such as vigor, dedication, absorption. As result, concludes has significant positive effect both out school. outcomes contribute better understanding OC-EE non-profit organizations.
